Located just off the town square, WRJ Home is the newest addition to Jackson’s growing interior design and lifestyle community. You may remember design duo Klaus Baer and Rush Jenkins from our post last fall featuring their Victor showroom. On May 17th the team opened their flagship showroom on King Street bringing their elegant western contemporary lifestyle brand to Jackson Hole.
WRJ Home’s contemporary Western aesthetic has a modern, livable appeal. Partnering with Wilkinson Montesano for their space’s construction, Baer and Jenkins are thrilled with its architectural interior and functional aesthetic. “We want people to feel calm and serene when they come in.” Says Baer, “People have said they feel like they are at home… which is exactly what we want!”
At the showroom, clientele are able to see visualize and experience the WRJ Home lifestyle brand. The carefully curated selection of furniture and accessories provides sense of the team’s capabilities for a full interior design project. Or customers can simply buy a home accessory a la carte, like a silver picture frame or one of WRJ’s exquisite Parisian faux fur throws. Designers can also access Loro Piana luxury textiles, for which WRJ is a local representative. And to complete their lifestyle brand, WRJ Home offers a line of measure-to-fit men’s apparel inspired by the English countryside from local clothing company Logsdail.
WRJ Home’s retail environment is so much more than just a store. Jenkins and Baer hope provide their space as an events venue that will foster Jackson’s local arts community. After attending their grand opening last week, we think it makes the perfect setting for a social, corporate, or educational event. By positioning itself as a purveyor of the local design community, WRJ Home feels like a hub of activity, buzzing with energy and design ideas.
